An Organization With Opportunities
Job postings fall under three categories and within each area there are opportunities for tremendous growth. Our three core positions are:
- Community Specialists: Community specialists are allies who create safe, caring and community-enriched lives for the individuals and families they support. They make an impact delivering high-quality programs in-home or in community centres (located in Mill Woods, West End and McKernan). Community Specialists establish real relationships with participants and create meaningful days by implementing thoughtful programs that connect participants with their chosen community.
- Team Leads: Manage and support our Community Specialists to successfully deliver meaningful programs.
- Admin Support Team: We have a diverse administrative team who help execute our vision. They comprise of HR, operations, finance, marketing and fund development team members.
