• Due to program popularity, your child may be placed on a waitlist upon registration.
Registration Requirements
The following is required to complete registration:
• Create Account on Family Portal
• Consent Forms and Participant Profile are up to date on Family Portal
• Current headshot (chest and up) photo uploaded on Family Portal
• $100 deposit payable by credit required for online form; please complete debit or cash payments at our Support Office
• Copy of Funding Agreement on file (FSCD, PDD, Children's Services etc.)
• Pre-authorized payment form on file. Forms available
here.
Camp Confirmation
We will finalize camp details based on registration numbers. Registration is not confirmed until an email is received by the HIA Summer Camp Team which details if a spot is confirmed, or if you have been placed on a waitlist.
Parental Cost Shares
All program fees and cost shares associated to registered weeks will be billed
June 1, 2025 through Pre-Authorized Payment form.
• Program Fees and parental cost shares for registered weeks must be paid in full prior to the first day of service
• $100 deposit will be applied against parental cost shares
• $100 weekly program fees for camps (See chart below for exceptions)
Cancellations
• Immediate notice is required for cancellations and terminations o Terminations are subject to a $50 admin fee per week after June 1st – changes to requested weeks are considered terminations
• Each camp is a week-long commitment – each week is billed in full regardless of cancellations (i.e. absences, illness, etc.) with exceptions
