Located in Downtown St. Albert (7 St. Anne St), our St. Albert Respite Centre is a place for participants to grow, succeed, and belong!

Community Connect: Adult Day Programming

For adults with disabilities looking for meaningful daytime activities and opportunities to connect with others, AdaptAbilities’ Community Connect program provides a welcoming environment focused on participation, social connection and community involvement.

Participants can take part in activities and experiences that encourage independence, relationships and a sense of belonging. We work alongside individuals and families to create meaningful experiences that support participation at every stage of life.
