Accessible Multipurpose Facility Rentals in Edmonton

What can you USE THE space for?

AdaptAbilities spaces may be suitable for accessible community activities, educational visits, meetings, and private celebrations including:
  • Birthday parties & family celebrations
  • School, daycare, and community field trips
  • Parent, caregiver & support groups
  • Playgroups and social activities
  • Meetings and workshops & training sessions
  • Recreation and activity classes
  • Therapists and allied health professionals
  • Community organizations and service providers

Booking Information:

  • Posted rates do not include GST.
  • A $300 damage deposit is required for every booking.
  • Payment is accepted by e-transfer or credit card over the phone.
  • Listed rates include up to 12 participants. Additional participants may be added for $15 per person.
  • Food, decorations, vendors, and equipment must be identified on the booking request form and are subject to approval.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises unless the renter has first obtained the appropriate AGLC license.

  • Millbourne Centre

    Millbourne Market Mall (3697 Mill Woods Road NW, Edmonton)

    Includes:

    • Access to full centre including Games Room and Sensory Room.
    • A spacious, flexible gathering area featuring movable tables and chairs, large games including air hockey and arcade-style basketball, a dedicated sensory room, and a full-sized kitchen. The open layout is well suited for group programs, workshops, social events, and community activities.
    • Maximum capacity 30 participants.

    Pricing:

    Full Centre Rental
    First Hour: $250
    Additional Hours: $100 ea.

    Availability:

    • Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
    • Monday to Wednesday Evenings: After 6:00pm

    • Saturday: After 5:00pm

  • Orange Hub Centre

    The Orange Hub (10045 156 Street, Edmonton)

    Includes:

    • Access to Motor Gym and Program Room
    • A flexible, multi-purpose space featuring a motor gym designed for gross motor activities, coordination, balance, and active play. The program room includes a large kitchen and open layout suitable for group programs, gatherings, workshops, and community activities.
    • Maximum capacity 30 participants (program room)
    • Maximum capacity 15 participants (motor gym)

    Pricing:

    Motor Gym & Program Room (1hr Minimum)
    First Hour: $200
    Additional Hours: $100 ea.

    Birthday Party (2hr Booking)
    $300 Flat Fee
